Agent Accelerator Case Study Group
I'm starting a new Agent Accelerator Case Study Group this month, and I’m looking for a handful of agents to work with to create successful case-studies before my official launch of the Pro Agent Accelerator Program.
My goal is to get you to 20+ Property Leads a month in the next 40 days.
I've been working very closely with a small group of agents in the last 6 weeks.
The results have been amazing and I'm going to work with one more case study group over the next couple of months... starting next week.
Here’s some of what we’re going to work on:
1. We’ll start with your Attraction Offer using a tool called ‘The Tight 3’ to leverage the 3% of people who are ready to SELL RIGHT NOW! Also, to make you easy to engage with. We’ll work on your Ad Campaign, Chatbot Sequence and Follow up flow so you get the leads and properties you’re after.
2. Next, we'll take my ‘2x Hero Strategies’, and design your high value conversion funnel. It’ll be high-value, and high converting. We want to get this built early in the process, so you can get 1 or 2 offers out in the market before the case study program is up.
3. We'll focus on your Prospecting Profit Pipeline... focussing on the 2 campaigns that make a prospecting system successful — ‘raised hand’ & ‘valued close.’ I’ve been perfecting these 2 campaigns, and I have it down to a science now. We’ll take my email and funnel page templates, and customise them for YOUR business.
4. One of the keys to moving from traditional marketing to building a new predictable prospecting system – is shifting to an automated sales model... you’ll be able to scale up your income, without adding any more hours to your day.
5. My favourite high-probability, low-cost-way to generate more business – is by Positioning yourself as an Authority in your local market. We'll talk about “Being a Thought Leader“...and specifically what to do on YOUR social media to get credibility and clients. We’ll also develop your Communication Rhythm – a simple system for you to produce weekly blogs, emails, podcasts or videos like I do.
6. One of the most overlooked opportunities for more clients is in the “Convert” phase... just learning how to run an Appraisal Presentation and Client Sales Journey the right way usually takes your conversion rate to 50-60%. We'll work on your Conversion Conversation skills in both these areas.
7. Once we've got your Pro-Agent-Level Conversion Skills in place...you'll want to multiply the number of people you can engage with! So, we'll finish up with creating the ultimate lead magnets for your business, maximise your opt-in rates, and get leads with Facebook, Instagram, and Chatbots.
Any one of these things can move the needle immediately for your business, and in my experience is that ONE of these is going to resonate with you and stand out as the BIG opportunity for you specifically...so we'll be able to spend more time on that one with you.
This next month I’ll be working with a small group personally… and I only want to work with a handful of people who can implement, test and report back on the results.
